Refund & Cancellation Policy
Consultation Fees
Fees paid for completed consultations are non-refundable.
Once a consultation has been conducted, no refund will be issued.
Nutrition Packages
Once a nutrition package has commenced, fees are non-refundable, including in situations involving:
- Change of mind
- Non-compliance with the nutrition plan
- Inability to follow recommendations
- Personal scheduling conflicts
- Early discontinuation of the program
Appointment Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled by providing prior notice, subject to availability.
Repeated rescheduling requests may be accommodated at the discretion of FiProFat®.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests arising from exceptional situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any decision regarding refunds remains solely at the discretion of FiProFat®.
